Nobody is going to retype three years of records into a new system, and we would not ask.
It reads what you already keep
Spreadsheets, CSV exports, your point-of-sale, your accounting software. If it produces a file or has an export button, it can feed the dashboard on a schedule.

You tell us how the work moves through your business today — who touches it, where it stalls, what gets written down twice. We ask a lot of questions and take notes.

A written scope and a price
Screen by screen, what it does and what it does not do, with a fixed price and a date. If we think the job is bigger than it is worth, we say so here rather than after you have paid.

The build
You see it working while it is being built, not at the end. Small things get corrected as we go; big changes get re-scoped honestly instead of quietly absorbed.

We load your history, set up your people, and walk through it with whoever will actually use it — in person if you are near us, over a screen share if you are not.

30 days of fixes included
Real use finds things a demo never will. For 30 days, fixes and small adjustments are part of the job. After that, ongoing support and hosting are available if you want them — and entirely optional if you do not.
Turnaround is two weeks at the very least. That is the floor for the simplest job, and plenty of projects take considerably longer. Anyone promising you a working system by Friday is selling you a demo.

The things people ask before they email us
What does it cost?
Every project is quoted on its own, because a two-screen tool and a system that runs a whole company are not remotely the same job. What moves the number: how many screens there are, how many people use it and whether they need different permissions, whether we are importing years of existing records, and how much of it has to be built from nothing versus adapted from something that already works. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Two weeks is the floor, and that is for the simplest premade setup. Adapted projects usually run several weeks; custom builds run longer, and we will give you a real date in the scope rather than an optimistic one. We would rather quote you six weeks and deliver in six than quote two and spend the next month apologising.
Who hosts it — you or us?
Whichever suits you. We can host and maintain it so you never think about it; we can set the whole thing up inside your own accounts so the infrastructure is billed to you and owned by you; or, for a local build, it simply lives on your machine and there is no hosting at all. If you have an IT person with opinions, we will happily work to them.
Who owns the data?
You do, without qualification. You can export everything at any time in a format other software can read, and if you ask for the whole database you will get the whole database. Nothing here is designed to make leaving difficult.
What happens after it launches?
Real use finds things a demo never will, so 30 days of fixes and small adjustments are included in every project. After that, ongoing support, hosting and future changes are available if you want them, and genuinely optional if you do not — a finished project is allowed to just be finished.
Do you have to come to us?
Almost never. Everything can be done remotely, and most of it is. In-person setup is offered around the Greater Sudbury area — it is genuinely useful for a local install where we are putting software on your own machine and sitting with you through the first real day of using it. Everywhere else, a screen share does the same job.
How big is your team?
Small, and we are straight with you about what that means. We take on small and medium projects and do them properly. If what you actually need is a product team with a support desk and a five-year roadmap, we will tell you that in the first conversation instead of taking the work and finding out together.
We already have software. Can this work with it?
Usually, yes — and often that is the better answer. If your accounting or point-of-sale is doing its job, the dashboard should read from it rather than replace it. We connect to what you have, import from exports on a schedule, and only take over the parts that are currently living in a spreadsheet.
